  • Very Good knowledge of Civil, Criminal, Corporate and Commercial Laws, Consumer Protection Laws, IPR Laws, Labour Laws & Defamation Law.
  • Civil, Criminal Law, Labour Law, Consumer Protection Law and Defamation Law knowledge is a MUST and the candidate must have excellent in-depth knowledge of these laws besides prior experience of practice in aforesaid.
  • Excellent Legal Drafting skills.
  • Excellent Communication & Persuasive skills.
  • Must be very good at Case Law Research in case law in legal research case law data bases/ softwares, like - Manupatra, SCC Online, DLT & SLT Online, LexisNexis etc.
  • Ability to interact independently with Senior Advocates for briefings
  • Advising Management on legal issues and risks related to business activities.
  • Providing variety of transactional and documentation support on legal issues in the business functions.
  • Should have exposure in compliance management with respect to corporate governance.
  • Ability to identification of legal risks in the conduct of business and to provide solutions.
